All Hardware is supplied in the box for correct installation.

Drain plug and drain cover plug in matching colour.

• Gently wipe with a soft, damp cloth after each use to remove any water spots and prevent mineral buildup.
• For a more thorough cleaning, use a mild soap or a non-abrasive cleaner mixed with warm water. Apply the solution with a soft cloth and gently wipe the surface in circular motions.
• Rinse thoroughly with clean water to remove any soap residue and dry with a soft, lint-free cloth to prevent water spots.
• Do not use acid cleaners, abrasive cleansers or abrasive cloths.

Warranty Policy:
Our basins come with a 10 Year warranty however does not cover the following:

Accidents, physical abuse, or misuse
Damage from excessive heat
Breakage not due to a manufacturing defect in the material
Improper care and maintenance
Unauthorised alterations or repairs of any Ms Wila Interiors product
Design flaws or defects originating from the customer's design

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, return freight paid  and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
