• Do not use acid cleaners, abrasive cleansers or abrasive cloths.

Our basins come with a 10 Year warranty however does not cover the following:

1. Accidents, physical abuse, or misuse
2. Damage from excessive heat
3. Breakage not due to a manufacturing defect in the material
4. Improper care and maintenance
5. Unauthorized alterations or repairs of any Ms Wila Interiors product
6. Design flaws or defects originating from the customer's design

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, return freight paid  and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
